The (Point of Sale), Logx, is professionally designed to suit all commercial business activities and sales stores, whether altogether or retail (Retail or Wholesale), which depends on direct and rapid sales procedures or Cash Registers/cashiers. One of the essential features of the points of sale system, Logics, is that it works in internal work environments or on the cloud in the sense that it can be installed in the same place of work on an On–premises or Cloud Based، while supporting the (Data Synchronization) between the central system on the server and between the systems of sales on the On–Line or Off–Line sub-operations so that it ensures the continuous work of all points of sale without interruption or delay.
The most critical operations in points of sale – Logix:
- Cash and deferred POS sales invoice: issuance of electronic sales invoices that comply with the requirements of the Zakat and Tax Authority (ZATCA FATOORA)
- Create QR code: The POS invoice issued by the system includes a QR code, which is an encrypted code that provides invoice details and tax number
- Cash and deferred sales returns and returns:
- Item inventory management: Point-of-sale inventory items balances are monitored, inventory requests are prepared, and notifications of the required inventory from the main inventory are sent.
- Reports of Point sale: At the end of each session or at the end of each day, the system prepares detailed reports on the point of sale, including the total sales and returns of the point of sale, and makes the necessary comparisons with the cash amounts received from the point of sale official (cashier).
- Register loyalty points for customers Loyalty Points: promotions such as loyalty cards, coupons, and discounts.
- Processing, printing and sending quotations:
To ensure that the POS system, Logix, works quickly and easily, it was necessary to connect the system with POS devices that enable the cashier and the worker at the POS to work on the system faster, more accurately and without errors.
